Hearth Circles™ is a trauma-informed, therapist-facilitated group counseling experience—an intersection where clinical care meets collective resilience.

Hearth Circles™ – Group Counseling for Caregivers and Families

Six diverse adults seated in a warm, wood-paneled library around a coffee table, participating in a supportive group counseling session with a fireplace and bookshelves in the background. Hearth Circles™ group therapy setting

Participants engage in a structured therapeutic setting to explore:

  • Emotional fatigue and caregiver burnout

  • Relational conflict and boundary struggles

  • Ambiguous loss and anticipatory grief

  • Family system disruption after a diagnosis (e.g., bvFTD, Alzheimer’s, Dementia)

  • Communication breakdowns and reconnection practices

Grounded in Bowenian family systems theory and enriched with psychoeducation, Hearth Circles™ offers a space for processing, skill-building, and mutual care—where no one has to do this alone.

Coming Soon: Virtual and in-person group options for adult participants in Wisconsin. Facilitated under supervision by a licensed clinician.
